At 220% your total Axis Allocation is way too high: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/axis-assignment-percentage-totals.120/

See here regarding the steps to create and refine a motion profile: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/steps-to-create-a-motion-profile.228/

Your Dir allocations check boxes are also likely messed up, as if properly set sway will lean away from a corner and roll will be set the opposite, this is what SimTools expects: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/which-way-to-set-simtool-axis-movements.230/

Our admin @Pit can move this when he has a spare moment.

It is a 2dofreality rig, which in addition to the setup issues I noted also need to be carefully balanced according to other owners.
