    My Motion Simulator:
    2DOF, Arduino
    Hi.
I wanted to make a motion SIM since the first time I saw one in Youtube and as I like DIY everything, i thought that i could do one, so i searched on Google and saw @satbranigan project and i decided to made one.
I started buying everithing, the famous monster moto shield, jumper cables, 2 wiper motors, a
threaded rod with 4 rod end bearing (2 for each threaded rod) and a 300W power supply, I used an arduino uno r3 and some tables that I had liying around, since i saw a car cardan hard to find where i live i used a bike one, which i think is enough too, I haven´t finished it yet but i have some things done, i used SMC3 for the arduino and the thread https://www.xsimulator.net/community/threads/i-made-2-dof-with-recycled-parts-for-150%E2%82%AC.11646/ from @satbranigan where everything is good explained so i will add photos and links to the thing i bought:

Faulty MMs can cause issues including with SMC3 setup.

Hi, everything worked as intended, now i added a pallet down the table to add more surface for make force, and put a motor with a steel square, I need to make the other for the second motor but I put the cardan too with 2 steel plates as seen in the image.
I will update when i finish it ant the test. As I don´t have a license, i will use Live For Speed

This is the first motor, with the iron square and it is finished: 0157772B-3989-4BC4-B208-D3FE15452A78.jpeg This is the power Supply, it has 300W: 17E2FA61-1A19-4E99-9B14-6D22377AB79C.jpeg The second motor don’t have the final square as one failed and this one os new, but it should look like this: 441CF598-010F-4E3A-A02C-6FB4BE41BFAE.jpeg The cardan with the two iron plates: E6573DDC-1FDE-4320-A8D2-8F2A18AF8081.jpeg The arduino with the Monster moto shield which have it’s heatsink and fan: 4C4D6C4D-E0B5-4CAA-9959-49B124B11EEE.jpeg The final build should look like this (maybe I change it later): 8239F38E-4336-4424-83FC-A0C267B7DCC5.jpeg Yes the power cable is put outside and the pallet is big put it will not move .
I put two fans in order to make an air flow for the motors and the fan from the Monster moto as in summer I hit inside the room where it’s placed more than 30 degrees celsius. It’s very possible that I will move the potentiometers to a more suitable place for the connection between the motors and the pots, I still don’t know how to connect them without making electric contact. I will update son and I hope they accept my DIY 2DOF SIM for the free DIY key
