This is the start of my project. My idea is put the motors ad the mobile part in a strong aluminium pieces and set this pieces in the chasis. Whith this dessing I will can modify some cm the fisics of the sim.
    I am using this components:
    2 motors 24 v ( 45 rpm, 62 Nm)
    Sabertooth 2x60
    Power supply 24 v
    Arduino UNO

I am using this tutorial for the configuration with simtools, but it is not running jet. I have problems with the setup, but is the first day. I am opne to new ideas :) IMG-20210312-WA0026.jpg IMG_20210313_141218_782.jpg IMG-20210312-WA0025.jpg IMG_20210313_084132_606.jpg IMG_20210313_084150_391.jpg

It would make troubleshooting advice easier if you post pictures of ALL of your settings.

Are you using @BlazinH's code for SMC3 + Sabertooth and if so is SMC3 configured and behaving as expected?

Yes, i am using the @BlazinH code. In my first time when I open LFS I get the movement of only one motor. Testing with simtools only move one motor. the other no. I put this setup of a tutorial. SIMTOOLSBTEST1.png SIMTOOLSTEST1.png SIMTOOOLSCOM.png

Your Interface Setting are incorrect, it should be like this: [A<Axis1a>][B<Axis2a>][C<Axis3a>]

Yours has an extra bracket for B settings, which is why that motor does not work:

Can you please post pictures of all your current settings, including the Tuning Center, and perhaps a video that shows what is happening.

    Hi!
If you are using SMC3, then definitly take a look at this tutorial (https://www.xsimulator.net/communit...3dof-motor-driver-and-windows-utilities.4957/). It helped me a lot in understanding how to setup my sim.

The language bug is a known issue, which is why I suggest you try that first, if that does not fix it then change back, as the bug only affects some and not others.

Hard to say, as the SMC3 settings are tuned to the specific hardware, but Kp looks low, PWMmax and PWMrev may be a little as well, you may want a little Deadzone.

You do not normally have jitter in Output Testing if the hardware and related code is properly sorted.

While working on sorting out the bugs have you managed to complete construction of the rig itself?
