The DIR setting determines which way each axis moves, so if an axis is moving in the wrong direction then correct it there.

As an aside, I don't know for sure with your particular rig hardware but you may want to try 10ms in the Interface Settings.

Grab a copy of the v2 SimTools manual (yet to be updated for v3 but still relevant), and keep it handy for reference: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/rtfm-start-with-the-official-simtools-documentation.117/

Then see the FAQs tips to refining a motion profile:
    https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/steps-to-create-a-motion-profile.228/

This is how SimTools expects axis to be configured: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/which-way-to-set-simtool-axis-movements.230/

I really don't intend this to sound harsh, but it really should be the commercial manufacturer that assists with their product, which they financially benefitted from, leaving @yobuddy to focuss on getting SimTools v3 beta sorted, as that benefits all SimTools users.

Many members here try to help others out, sharing their experience and expertise. Underlying that is a community expectation that members requiring assistance make some effort to help themselves, researching, learning and drawing from the extensive information and tips others have contributed.

thanks for the hint bro, but thats the plugin I am using for GT7 together with the gt7proxy, and with that plugin I got these strange feeling when I accelerate or brake. But maybe it has something to do with the telemetry data that I got through UDP, you can see it in the streamable video I posted above, that looks damn wired

    Hello,

As @noorbeast mentionned, the issue is not coming from the plugin, but from your interface/axis configuration probably. If the proxy UI is showing data, and xsim plugin receives something you are good to go ! If you have a doubt you can save sent data to a file and send it to me, but I'm pretty sure everything is OK on the proxy side now.

really really thanks alot for answering and I thought you where mad at me cause of the bunch of questions I got. Oh yea I am still tweaking that GT7 Plugin for my SeatMover, but the question I have is, did you see my Streamable link, is it normal that it looks like that? On your youTube video that thing looks alot better and alot more structured than on my pc. I think I give it a try and save some data, maybe there something wrong on my end what you could see in that file ;) would be a simple txt file enough for that?

bro can I ask you something please?

When I need a new plugin for one of my games, there are 2 types of repos where I can get them from, the one from SimTools and the one fron njMotion (the njMotion one has less). Which one would you prefer? (got njMotion compact-R).

The game plugins available from the SimTools Community repo are community plugins, they come with no sim specific configuration.
So they require configuration once Installed.

However, Game plugins from a company repo can be custom game plugins.
(It the regular plugin, but it also has all the required configurations for the sim.
(It depends on what they upload thou.)

If you us the one from their repo, and they make any new profiles for the plugin you will get them, where you would not from the regular repo.
I would say use the one in their repo if the plugin you want to use is there.
    Take care!

    Hi SimFriends ;)

I played around with the plugin from @yobuddy fot GT7 and I cant get it to work, I have always the front/back movement in the opposite direction. When I compare the GT7 GamePlugin with the one for ACC there are exactly the same settings (Sway,Surge, and Heave) but they feel totaly different. Maybe it has something to do that I have a njMotion Compact-R SeatMover and @vthinsel has a different motion system. I really dont know, and please dont be Mad at me, thats my 1st motion system in my whole Sim Career :) and what I did not understand is that I have a 2 axes seatMover 2DOF when I understand correctly, but I see always 3 parameters in each settings (Sway, Surge and Heave).

Just to be clear the plugin is by @vthinsel, who is best placed to provide advice about its configuration and use.

Plugin motion profile settings need to be individually configured. As per my earlier post, there are resources and tips to help you with that: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/threads/gran-turismo-7-with-xsim-soon.17214/page-2#post-234410

Alternatively, if you are looking for turn key setups on a commercial rig, then the responsibility for providing that resides with the commercial supplier, and @yobuddy has made systems to allow commercial entities to do so.
