    Go to Documents\My Games\DiRT Rally 2.0\hardwaresettingsv

    Find the file hardware_settings_config_vr, right click on it and choose to open it with Notepad, you can then follow @Daguru's suggestion and copy and past the suggested section into the hardware_settings_config_vr, then save the hardware_settings_config_vr file in Notepad.

    Also when the game starts I hear the same beep like when we can't turn on the motor in the game manager to test the output.

    That sounds like your interface crashing.
    I would check for loose connections and maybe try a different usb cable.
    Take care,

    Grab a copy of the SimTools manual and keep it handy for reference: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/rtfm-start-with-the-official-simtools-documentation.117/

    Hello everyone, yesterday I installed DirtRally2.0 and from that moment my problems started ..... I read all the pages of this thread and tried everything, I got to the point that the telemetry data on the tuning center there are but the rig does not move. I finished a race, I quit the game, I patched and nothing moved and there was no telemetry data either, so following the various posts I changed the lines of the hardware_settings_config.xml file and the data arrived but no movement. Can I check anything else ??

    DR2_2.jpg

    These are the lines of the modified xml file:

    <motion_platform>
    <dbox enabled="true" />
    <udp enabled="true" extradata="3" ip="127.0.0.1" port="4123" delay="1" />
    <custom_udp enabled="true" filename="SimToolsCustomUDP.xml" ip="127.0.0.1" port="4123" delay="1" />
    <fanatec enabled="false" pedalVibrationScale="1.0" wheelVibrationScale="1.0" ledTrueForGearsFalseForSpeed="true" />
    </motion_platform>

    The game data is there in the Tuning Center, so this is likely a settings issue.

    It would be helpful to include a picture of your Axis Assignments.

    See the tips in the FAQs about refining a motion profile, in particular take note of capturing the Max/Min values in the Tuning Center and then tweaking from there: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/steps-to-create-a-motion-profile.228/
