    I am might be a bit biased but SMC3 is the best code to run on arduinos especially with the utility you can change everything on the fly. I dont know if the wiring is different to what your using but if you do use it you wont be dissapointed :)

    Hey, i have rewired the needed pins and loaded up the new code for my arduino. If i turn my pods, all is working correctly. And it looks smoother, than my old code. The smc3 software connects perfect..i can change all values. But one problem is left! On output testing mode in simtools, nothing happens, if i move the slider. Should i change some things, in the interface settings? On post #22 here in this thread, you can see my current settings.

    Make sure you have both motors checked to ON and then close the smc3 utility down before you start simtools,,,.. it should work then.

    you have to configure the default axis assignment profile in game engine to manually control your motors through simtools. also check if you have configured your interface settings right for SMC3

    Hi!
    1/ there are many possible hardware issues behind this behaviour:
    if the power supply is too weak, if the potentiometers are loose, if USB cable is not shielded, if you have bad jumper cables weldings ...
    Software could not correct this.

    Did you eventually resolve your pbs?

    2/ please edit your message to remove the code and insert just the URL
    if not, many versions of code will be published and no possibility to centralize bug correction or updates, thanks :)

    @stevemontuno
    Thanks, i will try again!

    @insanegr
    It's already worked with the racing mat code. But my question was: have i to change, my settings for smc3... and in my search, a found a post from you, with this picture. I think, this are the right settings:

    I solved this problem mostly with the right transmission for the pots. But the problem is in my opinion, the motors..they have a big overrun. (they stop very lazy) This i would try to compensate...otherwise, i will buy new motors. But i had now in the last time big jitter problems... at the moment i'm in a experimenting phase. I will come back, with new informations.

    to 2/
    no problem...deleted. :)

    yeeeeeees! It works it works it works it works!! With smc3 i could bring this motors to work correctly. The only thing is, that at the moment, my seat is jumping through my room here, because the motors start like a rocket. I have to find out, how they start smoother, without loose of power. But for now, i'm endless happy. :D

    Much thanks, i will use. But i don't mean the startmove, i mean the moving starts all the time. If the motors get a new move command, to another position, they so strong "shoot" to the position, that my rig jumping around. But i have to admit, i don't have engaged me, with this awesome tool. First i will try by my self. :) Did i tell, that i'm happy? :D Thanks again to all the awesome people here!
