Mores pics of the aluminium frame to attach to back of seat, I 3d printed some brackets to attach them together, and the aluminium tubes arrived today, so will be adding them to the actuators.

Ok, I'm back, been away, the motors will arrive tomorrow, and the final pieces have arrived to at least finish the actuators before wiring so this next couple of weeks will be interesting. I'll try and add pics of the progress.

Its not mobile as yet, I am doing this one thing at a time, also moving house, so I am not spending too much cash on it right now.

There chair as is only cost about

£50 approx to build, 15 for cushions of ebay, 15 for OSB board, and 15 for base(2x4 wood) and 5 for the drive shaft from landrover(ebay).

I have just made some PCB of the wiring diagram using https://easyeda.com/ check it out its really quite good. I got the hang of it in about and hour, by looking at others examples and was then pressing purchase my PCB lol

    thank you to answer me.
For actuators, you make it by yourself ? what motor did you choose and what is the speed and torque of linear movement ?

Not much progress as I have been moving house, but here's some pics, the actuators are just about finished just need to add limit switches and cables, then I'll be fitting to chair and then moving onto the electronics

Ok I'm back, was busy with other projects, I have now finished the cables from the actuators and am getting ready to cnc the front and back panels for a power supply box. I have also re done the PCB and new ones are on the way to me as we speak, I will test them this time as there were a few cut and paste issues(user errors ;) ) but I did check the diagram three time before submitting the pcb drawing, so we will see, this is based on FlyPT(pmvcda) rig, so if you would like the pcb drawing to get your own made let me know.

Here is a schematic of the motion control board by FlyPT(pmvcda) I think someone can check wiring if you like.

This was done using https://easyeda.com very easy.

You are really doing everything by yourself, wow!

For the PSU, Led PSU is the way to go. They are a bit more expensive, but they are trouble free.
