    Hello,

I know a few people have successfully created a G-Force simulator which applies motion to the head and is compatible with a VR headset as well. However, I cannot seem to find the details required to build a system of my own. I was hoping someone would be willing to outline, or at least refer me to, the relevant info. I am definitely not as skilled (mechanically or electronically) as most people on these forums, so please forgive the stupid questions that will inevitably follow. Thus far, I've managed to build an SFX-100 motion platform, wind simulator, tactile setup, and have plans for seat-belt tensioner+g-seat combo. So, I think a head g-force sim would perfectly round-out the setup, but I have no idea how to build it, or really where to start even.

Thank you in advance for any one brave enough to post a reply.

The likes of @SeatTime and @BlazinH have created head G systems, so check out their approaches.

Thanks for the reply. Those were the two I had in my mind as well, but @BlazinH plans (planned?) to release his solution as a commercial product, so he won't share the details (understandably so). I will try to find the details within SeatTime's thread. I wasn't sure if he had shared them either, but I will find out. If any one knows of another person whom has been successful, please let me know.

I don't know if @Trigen was successful, but at least he spent some thoughts to a G Helmet System, see here.
