    Edit - English Google Translation:
The simulator was created for educational purposes and its main purpose is to go through high school classrooms to assess the driving skills of students who are about to apply for a driver's license. This way you can collect statistics that allow work on certain aspects of Road Safety

Hi everyone, this is the progress of my project

    I use:

    2 x Monster Moto Single-Channel Motor Driver VNH2SP30

    IMG_20191001_163713374.jpg

    2 x Power supply Switching 12v 30a
    2 x Wiper motors (with a 10 kohm pots)

    IMG_20191001_163755732.jpg

I made a board with levers (wich works with Arduino Leonardo to press the keyboard keys to honk, turn on the lights, etc). Then I added a hand brake and I'm working on making a support to place a magnetic sensor to detect that the driver put on his seat belt. This is solved, a little bit of programming...

But I need some help with the motors and motion software. I need to know if the two Monster Moto Single-Channel Motor Driver VNH2SP30 are compatible with it and I want to use it with CITY CAR DRIVING.

    Can you help me?

    Best regards

MMs will work, but cheap clones can be problematic: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/reputable-monster-moto-suppliers-testing-before-use.158/

I would suggest using the SMC3 code, as it has great instructions and a graphical app for configuration: https://www.xsimulator.net/communit...3dof-motor-driver-and-windows-utilities.4957/

Be aware that wiper motors need ground isolation: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/wiper-motor-mandatory-ground-isolation.25/

Keep in mind that CCD does not provide telemetry, so the plugin relies on the memory hook method, which means the plugin will likely break when CCD is updated: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/threads/city-car-driving-plugin.5968/page-9#post-184401

I want to contact game developers (City car driving) to get a discount for telemetry. Remember that it will be used for education. Some help?

You would need to directly contact the CCD devs: support@citycardriving.com
