Been held back for V2 release, I can confirm I have the maths correct and have a model moving in 6dof with SimTools.
But wish to hold it back for SimTools V2 where it will be protected and I ll get something back for the hundreds of hours I have put into bringing this to life for SimTools.
    Sorry guys.

Simtools 2.0 is in Alpha not Beta, once it is in Beta participation will be revised.

I expect when he gets a break from actually coding V2 @yobuddy will fully explain how SimTools V2 will be managed for DIY builders and for pro/commercial/public entertainment use.

Sorry life been a little busy.
I am still migrating my V2 of the app, that has been proven via math tables then a simple RC model, to V2 maths plugin addon.
This will only be avail in V2 of SimTools and will need to be downloaded and added seperatly as a maths plugin. This will intergrate and feel as if it is part of SimTools.
The bonus of the new framework Yobuddy has kindly inc in V2 , its all plugin driven. Makes this kind of adoption reality. Just taken me a bit of time to unpack and build it into a maths plugin as it was a standalone app, that read dirt 3's UDP data.

Will be ready soon, so will my full size test rigs.

    Hey :)

Is this project still active? I am pretty new here and haven't had time yet to read through every thread on this, so forgive me if I am bugging you with stupid questions.

I am planning a 6DOF Platform with linear actuators and was under the (probably naive) assumption that SimTools had a 6DOF plugin available somewhere. If that is not the case, may I ask, how do guys like @wannabeaflyer2 or @SeatTime use SimTools to control their platforms? Can someone point me in the right direction to read further?

    Help appreciated... :) :sos

    Dirty :D
