OK, here we go again... I took a 3 month hiatus out of frustration. My hope is to reevaluate the situation from a fresh perspective.

Status update: 1) Only 1 actuator works via testing; 2) Verified it's not wiring by swapping com inputs; 3) No in-game actuator functionality (LFS).

Have you experienced any similar situations that can help me in my situation?

I does sound like one faulty actuator, if one works with the settings and either port but the other actuator does not.

Just to double check are both actuator IDs set to zero: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/actuator-ids-must-be-set-to-0-here-is-how.241/

Are you using individual RS485 adapters for each actuator and if so have you tried swapping them over between actuators to check if one of them is faulty?

With the one axis that works in output testing you should get motion for LFS with a proper motion profile. Please post pictures of your Axis Assignments and then with LFS running your Tuning Center.

Be aware that LFS has to have been run for a couple of laps before patching, as that generates some required files. If you did not do that then un-patch, close SimTools, run some laps in first person view, then restart SimTools and re-patch.

Once patched Game Manage should turn blue, follow these steps to refine a motion profile: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/steps-to-create-a-motion-profile.228/

How are the SCN's wired up?
does each SCN have its own serial adapter?

    chat soon,

As I mentioned previously, I swapped actuators to test if one is faulty. Both work.

I was not aware I had to run multiple laps in LFS for it to patch. That will be my next action item and then I'll test if there's output. If successful, I'll refocus on the physical actuators.

I did not mean swapping the actuators, but rather the individual RS485 adapters, if they are what you are using.
