I've been searching for days on here trying to figure out what I'm do wrong...

I'm have no controllers hooked to the pc at this time, I'm JUST looking for game data Output

I have --telemetry set (found a different thread talking about that)
Game is patched (Dragged plugin in said successfully patched... was able to select game in game manager)

Game was in play in this shot but no data

Now here is the kicker... I can play with Axis Testing and Values Fly as it suppose too!

    Here are My Settings
So still quite new at this ANOTHER question arose here (please correct me if i am wrong!)

    My Assumption is
the Startup = The "trigger" in which to fire up the code on the controller (aka arduino)
the Interface = The Game interpreter ... "<Axis#a>" is the Game output ... Whatever value is before the Axis is what the controller identifies that game value with
the Shutdown = The "trigger" in which to shutdown the controller (aka arduino)

    Right?
    upload_2017-5-17_9-44-30.png

and for the Axis Assignment... THIS IS STILL VERY CONFUSING to me!

My Brain (after reading this explained numerous times)
DOF (Degree of Freedom) is the PLANE in which you are trying to control (aka pitch, roll, etc)
Axis (which should be the PLANE) is actually the motors(?) in which you are using to control the axis

But when the READOUTS are the AXIS

    Here's the other confusing factor... Is DOF1 Axis1 (motor1) the same as DOF2 Axis1(motor1)
    I keep seeing a TON of Configs USING ONLY Axis 1 and 2 (2 motors?) DOF1 = Pitch (Axis 1+2) and DOF2 = Roll(Axis 1+2)

WORDING IS TERRIBLE for newbies... This part I'm not catching quick

Any help would be Amazing, Thankyou in Advance!

Just one thing which comes into my mind - your are using an Arduino, and Game Engine ist installed on the Game PC or a second PC. Why you are not using a Serial interface instead of the Network interface?

I will eventually be using Arduino but right now it's configured just to display data

    UPDATE

I got LFS to work with the same settings as above so at this time I think its the plugin(?) or something with the game causing the issues

SOLVED!! Turns out SimTools WAS NOT the issue... but the installed Version of No Limits 2 (Was No Limits 1.7... Now 2.5.1.0) EVERYTHING WORKS PERFECT!! I'm Loving SimTools! Thank you Developers and Community Help
