    Hello everyone: Just identifying myself as a newbie- I purchased the DOF Reality motion platform-( DOF H3) Instructions say to get Simtools to be able to connect hardware to PC. I paid for Simtools already thru them- I have a professional License number from them. I need to download the software but I need 250 "coins" ? .. Thanks for any assistance you can give me.

    SimTools (Software) and Xsimulator.net (Community) which hosts the plugins are not the same thing, see here re the relationship and revenue sharing arrangements: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/simtools-and-xsimulator-partnership-explained.275/

    Plugin access can either be purchased with real money or forum activity coins, with the latter being to encourage participation in the Xsimulator.net community: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/coins-and-how-to-download-plugins.2/

    The SimTools dev @yobuddy is working on a way for commercial sim providers to package pre-configured plugins, but until then perhaps @Radioproffi you could explain the above more clearly to your customers at the point of sale of your 3DOF Reality rigs, as I and others have covered this question numerous times before.
