Grab a copy of the SimTools manual and keep it handy for reference: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/rtfm-start-with-the-official-simtools-documentation.117/

You need to patch the game for motion, and specify the correct path.

You also need to have configured a profile in Axis Assignments of Game Engine.

Before any of that you need to have a Default profile that is configured as SimTools expects: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/which-way-to-set-simtool-axis-movements.230/

And ensure your rig works in Output Testing.

I can't tell much from those settings, as in the Interface Settings only 2 axis are configured, yet in Axis Assignments 3 axis are configured.

Is your rig configured and behave as expected in Output Testing?

No problem, it does not matter what the rig looks like, just that we step through configuration step by step.

From the Interface Settings I am presuming SMC3 is being used, is that configured and working as expected as that needs to be sorted prior to messing with SimTools?

Lets take a step back for a moment, have you uploaded the SMC3 code to an Arduino, configured it and ensured the hardware responds as expected: http://www.xsimulator.net/community...3dof-motor-driver-and-windows-utilities.4957/

For that matter what hardware is being used?

That is the first step, SimTools comes later.

For now detail everything in your own build thread, so all information is in one place, that way members will have some context when giving advice.

Just go into your BIN32 folder and create a new folder called Plugins.

    SO the path is :
    X:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\rFactor 2\Bin32\Plugins

After you create this folder it should patch.

Basically, the Plugins folder in the BIN32 is missing after rF2 went exclusively 64-bit, that is why the patcher is not working.

So just to be clear, you have created the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\rFactor 2\Bin32\Plugins

So did you manually create the Plugins folder at D /steam/steam app/common /Rfactor2/bin32/ then patch to the directory D /steam/steam app/common /Rfactor2/bin32/Plugins/

If so what did or did not happen?
