My DIY 2dof plus traction loss wiper motors sim

    My Motion Simulator:
    2DOF, DC motor, Arduino
    I'm embarking on my first sim. I plan to use the following:

    • Arduino uno generic r3
    • BTS7960B / IBT-2 H-bridge controllers
    • Car wiper motors
    • 10k potentiometers
    • Car driveshaft u-joint

    Im gonna be using SMC3 arduino code in mode 2

    Any suggestions would be appreciated for a newbie.

    The reason I went with wiper motors is because on Ebay and amazon the shipping costs more than the motors to south Africa. So I plan on using wiper motors until I can find a more reasonable source.

    No problem with selecting wiper motors, but do go with something like a should or foot mount design, so they have plenty of design leverage.
