hello everyone, i will share about my 2 dof wiper motor. thanks in advance to @noorbeast for guiding me. I built these 2 Dof by utilizing scrap iron waste (to be economical too) I can say that my 2Dof is 70-80% used waste. only new arduino and bts7960 controllers.

    1. I made the bottom base 50x70cm.

    2. I also made the upper base on the size of 50x50cm.

    3. I installed a Universal joint (this is also a former universal joint bus)

    4. make the pedal holder and the steering wheel.

    5. Install the seat and wiper motor, I followed the directions from @noorbeast so that the wiper motor doesn't work too hard. so I added another 50cm to the bottom base. do not forget to remove the ground insulation of the wiper motor.

    6. Add an arm behind the chair.

7 add a power arm on the wiper motor.

    8. attach the pottensio to the axle of the wiper motor.

    9. install the seat and steering wheel, then try with 24v direct input to the wiper motor.

    10. After that the wiring. note: images from the internet for the wiring.

    11. test with arduino SMC3, follow the tutorial on this forum and some videos on the internet.

    12. try with simtools demo in output testing.

    13. Install LFS and play first person first, so that it can be patched.

    14. patching lfs. (note I have problems while patching, so the antivirus must be turned off, I only use windows defender, so I excuse the lfs and simtools folders.)

    15. run lfs and open the tunning center if there is data input, if there is safe 2dof can already be used. just study smc3 often to make it even better.
"oh yes, for the handbrake and shifter not yet because I haven't had time to make it, after this I will install it"

    Thank you all
This is my YouTube channel, you can see a little video of the manufacturing process and also a demo of playing lfs with 2dof wiper motor.

Congratulations. It's amazing that you did everything yourself. I like it very much. I use similar potentiometers as you and it seems to me that they cause problems with reading. Do you have any problems with this?
