Sorry, my mistake. I rollback the plugin one version when troubleshooting the previous problem.

Now I get the motion data after I upgrade the plugin back to the latest version.

Just tested the Extra 2 as Roll for 10 mins. I can feel a very little shake to the left and right when I turn.

Since I do not have Rift, so the feel with the Extra 2 may not as prominent as using Rift. But I do think it is done right if using it for Jet or fast roll aircraft because you should only feel the forward G, am I right?

Thanks again to value1 for these extra innovation. :)

Yes you are right @minanke and it does take a bit of fiddling to find the correct settings. But what it should do it hold the sim over in the direction of the roll for the duration of the roll and return to level when released. How far it goes and how fast depends on the settings for Extra2.

With the Rift it feels far more natural than the sim going from the extreme roll position on one side to the extreme roll position on the other side half way through the roll.

    Hi fellows!
I am running FSX - Steam Edition. I have patched the game plugin successfully. Ran all the .msi files.
But still unable to get the values out on tuning center.I have already read all of the above conversations by you guys. And applied all the possible solutions provided by you.

Prepar3D V3.1 has just been released, it is another massive download and I believe needs a reinstall: http://www.prepar3d.com/news/2015/12/113372/

At this stage Orbx is advising not to upgrade yet, as compatibility is still pending.

I will upgrade eventually but have to say nothing peeves me more than P3D not having a proper updater and hence I not only have to reinstall it but also all the addons I use.

Has anyone got V3.1 of P3D yet?

I'm keen to see if the plugin still works with version 3? Thanks.

Yes V3.1 works fine for me with the motion plugin @Archie.

The FlyInside rift implementation has also been updated for 3.1 and works fine.

Awesome. Downloading V3.1 as we speak.

Most (if not all) of the main add-ons I use are now updated to V3.1, and given V3 fixes a number of OOM issues and add's the Avatar feature, it's a no brainer.

Thanks again @noorbeast. About time I had an excuse to fresh install P3D. :)

@Nanomx, look into "Game Dash" for speed/fan support.
