Sadly sometimes with Windows reinstalling is the option of last resort.

today i got a jolt during the set up process
the steel plate on the Wieschermotor slips when it turns
I have to weld the M8 nut to the plate to get more stability.

What is the lever CTC distance, you can set a lever up with multiple holes so you have options? Do start at the conservative smaller end (40-50mm CTC) to check what your rig can cope with, without stressing or burning out the motors?

The levers are also subject to a lot of force, so make sure they are thick enough that the won't flex under extreme loads.

Hello to all unfortunately from my beginning jolt because of my bracket I had to wait until my friend had time that he builds me a complete new me together
the bracket is 2 mm thicker than the old one and the M8 nut was welded on it so it can't loosen anymore unfortunately he forgot to drill a 2 hole

now i have started to do the wiring and make it as unobtrusive as possible.
My idea is to run as much cable as possible underneath the plate and lead it out at points.

    hello @noorbeast i have a question
on other projects in the forum i have seen people using springs why do they do it is it better in motion to absorb shocks

Normally springs are used to compensate for slightly inadequate motor strength and they can have the side effect of masking fine motion.

Unfortunately I have to rethink my project after a trial with my little 10 year old son I found a couple of weak spots.
The inclination is far too great and the motors do not manage to return to the basic position or do I have to install stronger motors?

It is hard to get a sense of your actual design, can you please post some pictures showing the full rig and motor placement.

You also need to consider earlier advice, as it is very pertinent to current challenges: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/threads/il2-sim-on-2-dof.16710/page-4#post-224835

this is my plate and since i need my sim more for flying
I have read that if you position the motors like this they are best for movement
