I have bought a servo driver board of PCA9685 and a UNO board, but I am not able to turn on the servo motor with 40kgcm torque at 5V power supply. What is went wrong? Although I suspect is not enough current supply to the servo motor, but I check online that if I supply extra power supply to the board, the board is capable to supply enough current to servo motors.
Also my friend have some thanos 4u motion controller with the AASD-15A servo driver. I haven’t tried that out but the AASD-15A is specifically for AC motor, can I use for DC motor? As it have a AC-DC converter.
Really do hope a expert can help me on this one.

Is this PCA9685 board for driving RC servos?
