    Yes, being minimized and opening when clicked is normal, as per my earlier comment: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/threads/game-manager-window-wont-open.7046/#post-219266

    SinTools needs to be running, but only needs to be in the foreground for configuration, once that is done it stays out of the way in the system tray.
