    Hello,

    As I feel UDP is about to arrive on PS4 (It arrived on F1 2016), I'm currenty working on a DiRT UDP plugin, following the model I used for Project Cars.
    It looks like everything sent is 4 bytes float, and I was able to figure-out some interesting values but I'm a bit lost when it comes to heave/sway/surge yaw/pitch/roll
    From the specs I found on the net there are 3 values for roll, 3 values for pitch , no explicit yaw/pitch/roll......

    I made a UDP capture and was able to get some values, which look coherent. See the attached excel file which reflects the spec above. I can also attach the UDP data and UDP playback tool I used

    Could someone help me to figure-out how to get the values needed for our beloved SimTools ? I'm hopeless in math :p
    I also have the feeling this plugin would fit other codemasters titles as their UDP structure seems to be shared among their games..... killing many birds with one stone then.

    Might want to wait for V2 to be released, I know from reading some of the comments in the Private beta, Plugin making will be a LOT more streamlined with V2.

    As for the exact details, Im not sure, you'll have to check in the V2 thread thats open for the public and see whats been discussed.

    Thanks for the info. I'm not currently at the plugin coding portion, just trying to get relevant data using a standalone VB app. I know v2 will be amazing :)
    But I need good data to feed the new amazing plugin :p

    Is anyone getting speed info on game dash? I also tried to add the line

    But nothing seens to work. I patched the game correctly and my gamedash works with other tittles like Assetto Corsa, Project Cars and No Limits 2. Any idea? Tks!

    Bonjour, je vous écris car malgré de nombreux essais, je ne trouve pas de solution au problème que je rencontre :

    Lors de spéciale sur DirtRally et de manière aléatoire, les effets surge, sway et heave ne sont plus transmis à simtools. Seuls les effets roll et pitch fonctionnent continuellement.

    Le phénomène est visible en ouvrant le tunning center, les 3 valeurs restent à 0 sur telle ou telle portion de telle ou telle spéciale.

    J'ai bien trouvé quelques manipulations sur ce fil:
    - remplacer une ligne dans les fichiers "hardware setting info/config"
    - dépatcher/repatcher le jeu
    - supprimer les deux fichiers cités, relancer le jeu, repatcher
    - essayer le plugin alternatif (qui lui fige les valeurs "déconnantes" à la valeur "à l'entrée du bug" genre, je suis à 2 en surge lorsque ca se met à buguer, 2 sera maintenu jusqu'à la fin (au lieu de 0))

    Mais rien n'y fait, je ne parviens pas à faire fonctionner le jeu correctement!

    Hello, I am writing because despite many tests, I can not find a solution to the problem I have:

    When special on DirtRally and randomly, the effects surge, sway and heave are no longer transmitted to simtools. Only the roll and pitch effects operate continuously.

    The phenomenon is visible by opening the tuning center, the 3 values remain at 0 on a particular portion of a given special.

    I have found some manipulations on this thread:
    - Replace a line in the files "setting hardware info / config"
    - Unpatch / re-patch the game
    - Remove the two mentioned files, restart the game, re-patch
    - Try the alternative plugin (which freezes him values "buged" to the value "at the entrance of the bug" type, I'm 2 surge when AC starts bugue 2 will be maintained until the end (the instead of 0))

    But nothing, I can not run the game properly!

    please help! :)

    @Aloha21x, with you we are three people who have the same problem. I still have not found a solution, my problem occurred after the 1.2 update. Just for information, are you on windows 10 and are you playing steam?

    I also am having the unusable Heave, Sway and Surge problem. I just have them not transmitting to the sim, makes for a very random violent ride when they are enabled lol.

    I am not around the sim currently, but regardless of the values, the input is so erratic, it is not usable. They all stall at 0, then jump from min and max 100% very violently, in virtual tuning, the sliders are a blur.
