    Anyone using City Car Driving?

I discovered that a lot of additional equipment would be needed to make it truly worthwhile as a learner driver training system. For racing games it's easy not to be to fussed about having to use odd buttons or keys on keyboard for windscreen wipers, headlights and so on. But in simulating driving for the purpose of getting a driving license you have to have indicators, seatbelt, parking brake, possibly an automatic gear-box lever. Also, using buttons to look left and right, and over your shoulder are awkward.

I'm happy to build the necessary peripheral devices for the extra controls if it is worth it, and can be done for a low cost.

    Has anyone else done this?

    My Motion Simulator:

I don't think the motion plugin works with the current version of CCD. It has been ages since I tried it, which was when they first introduced Rift support. The VR support was not refined, though it may have improved, I have not checked sine.

The physics and motion for CCD are pretty primitive compared to racing sims.

Some have converted full car dashes for sim use: https://www.xsimulator.net/communit...-in-with-help-is-great.5315/page-6#post-58016
