    Hi SilentChill

Its really great to see you got here from not so much clued up in the field, i am just looking at this my self and feeling very sheepish atm, lots going around inmy head.
now i am in same situation as Mamati i have all the rc gear to get running and arduino.
would this code work the rc speedo straight up without MM boards.
i tested a fan on a motor from one of my planes and they very strog wind.
so if i can figure out this i can add wind to my rig.
so far my list of parts are....

    rc brushed or brushless speedo.
    1 prop from rc plane.
    1 motor brushed or brushless.
    1 arduino.
    wires.
    rc lipo battery 7.4v
also could and most likely use ps3 or xbox psu as cheap and have good ampage, and i have a few lying around ! lol

as for my programming with arduino the most have ever done was make an led light and flash then after so many flashes it would turn another one off and on.
this i have now completely forgot as was awhile ago.
could you guide me abit with this code please if it will work what i want to do.

also i8 understand to run with gamedash i need the full simtools to run the wind after.

    hope you can help.
my brain is frazzeld abit reading it all ! doh

i have been reading up but think iprob read too much at once brain overload ! lol
i have got the arduino stuff out now and doing some basic coding with my daughter of leds to get back thinking the right ways so i understand abit when i read up the FAQ stuff ! lol
its the game dash code i need to look into more like that thread you sent but it confused me first time round ! lol
was going to look into basic servo control and then read how to use game dash info to control the servo or in my case speedo.
i am saving up now as its long over due to buy the full version of simtools as they all desrve the extra support from such and amazing software and community.
i actually feel bad for not having it as yet tbh. doh

This is exactly what i am wanting to do, i new i seen it somewhere for the same thing i needed ages ago.
Was this code ever resolved as its not so easy to find.
And i still not sure fully on the coding of such things.
I have everything ready to go.

@SilentChill What parameters did you set in gamedash and how is the electronics wired?

    Thanks
