6DOF - Calculation of thrust force (Newton) electric actuators

    My Motion Simulator:
    2DOF, 3DOF, DC motor, AC motor, SimAxe, Arduino, Motion platform, 6DOF
    Kind friends and passionate simulation, like me. I need your technical support for a project I want to start.
    I want to make a 6DOF, but I have only one doubt:

    how do I calculate the thrust (newton) of each individual electric actuator?
    Do we need to use some formulas?
    I hope you can help me understand if there is a method to calculate the strength of each individual actuator.

    Here are some data that my 6DOF should have:
    Payload 400 Kg
    Cylinder speed = 300 mm / s
