OK, I will post any information what I did and what it (the rig) is doing ;) It works now, and how it works...
One: my "heave" design is really stunning (see above the hand made paint), the concept is so easy but effective.
Second: @all seat mover riders: a separate heave axis is very very impressive, the immersion seems to be way more stunning after finishing the traction loss, heave is a must if you drive on Nords, you won't belive how much better it feels in AC.
BTW I did not play AC one months and what a great peace of simulator software. I can feel the weight of a RUF Porsche or other cars, so stunning FFB details physics, so again I am speechless. Stay tuned I will upload a video and photos soon but today is mother-day and I have to fire up the grill :)

The rig has been finished definitely and installed a TM1638 as well - the latter has been done in only one hour :)

@speedy thank you I will take more videos the next weekend, my wife is on holidays and I stay alone with my rig :)
BTW already I had to repair the two adapters of the steering rod, there are way more forces working than I expected. The hing concept is so easy but pretty impressive.

Thanx mate but you can trust me, the rig is finished - definitely. I have spent more than one year on this and now I should begin with driving :p
Seriously, there is always something to do, but in the main there is nothing more to do...

@Nick Moxley I promise you a complete different experience from what we experienced yet :) If you can implement it you should do it.

Great work! I like the way you implemented the heave axis. Also, the projectors were a nice touch to get rid of the monitor bezels!
