    I designed this gear in tinker cad. It's designed to fit a 12 volt wiper motor but my require drilling.

    The attached file is a txt file extension but if you change by renaming it to a .stl it should open as that.

    Hi, in the end I never used cogs I used a 3d printed bracket to go on the back hold the potentiometer and it has a hole to spin with it. It works perfectly fine and will also avoid destroying the poentiometer as it's glued and will easily fall off under to much pressure Here is a picture. IMG_20200704_185508.jpg

    Ah. Did you try it already? Have you played "normal" game sessions? If so, how does it hold up?

    I haven't played in normal game sessions but the times I have tested it it has held up very well. I would recommend doing this and I just don't see this breaking as the mount dosen't go through any stress at all unless you sit on it without the motors running. I haven't used this in my project yet as I am working on a project very similar to this one: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/threads/prototype-6dof.5045/. I will be posting my project myself once completed so I will notify you if you want to see if they worked. :)
