If you want to use wiper motors you need plenty of design leverage, like a shoulder mount seat shaker design, something like this: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/shoulder-mount-rod-angles.149/

Wiper motors also need to be ground isolated: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/wiper-motor-mandatory-ground-isolation.25/

You have not mentioned hardware or control code, I would suggest you check out SMC3: http://www.xsimulator.net/community...3dof-motor-driver-and-windows-utilities.4957/

yes i already used smc3 code..i will buy 2 wiper motor tomowro to retry..can you tell me why the ground isilotion important and what its make? is it related to more power?!

Ground isolation is to prevent your controllers from frying, it has nothing to do with power output.

Wipers are not really suitable for a compact design, as they do not have a lot of power, so see my earlier comment:

    To the original poster:

Noorbeast is correct that your motor positioning looks to be poor in the photos. Other people on this forum, and in other locations online, have made seat movers (which your design appears to be) and basic 2DoF sims using wiper motors like you are attempting so they are clearly capable of it if you use them correctly, and they are in good order, but many people seem to move to more powerful motors in the end.
NoorBeast correctly points you to a tool that tells you what % of efficiency the position will provide to help you understand why they might not be working, but looking at your photos a bit more I think that you might not be as far off as the photos make it look. So I have some questions

    • At the moment do you have the two push rods at 90° to a line drawn from from the centre of the pivot point when looking from the side?
    • It looks like you have the rods at 90° to the levers on you motors when they are at rest, can you confirm that?
    See the diagram I attached.

If the line the pushrods are pushing through is 90° to the a line from the pivot of the seat then that is the most efficient that the motor can be, if it is over or under 90° then you are losing a % of the force that the motor can apply; but also note that this is also true when looking down at the top of your sim rig, the push rods should be aligned to point in towards the pivot point.

To work out if a motor will lift a load you need to know the amount of force it can output (from the motor data or testing) and then you divide it by the length of the lever you are using.
    For example:
    if you had a 3Nm motor it can apply 3N of force with a lever of 1 meter (3Nm / 1 m = 3N)
If you halved the length of the lever to 0.5m you get 6N (3Nm / 0.5m = 6Nm)
if you then halved it again you get 12N (3Nm / 0.25m)

in your example the lever of the motor seems to be about 100mm (0.1m) long so if your motor puts out 3Nm (I have no idea if your motors output this or not I just picked a random number as an example) you would get 30N at the end of the lever.
1 N of force (in earth gravity (9.81G)) can lift 0.10197Kg (1N/9.81 = ~100g) so a 3Nm motor output through your lever length would lift 3000g or 3Kg of direct load.
Remember though that you need to place your pivot point so that the sim is pretty close to balanced anyway so the force of your motor doesn't have to lift your entire rigs weight, it just has to move it and deal with inertia etc.

A separate question about your design
    • Can you confirm if that is a driveshaft CV joint or a Tripoid joint that you are using as the pivot point (niether of these love being compressed whist pivoting as they are meant to transmit twisting force whilst they are supported in a car hub or gearbox). Ideally that joint would be a universal jount, but if it moves freely whilst you are sitting in it then it should work I guess, you might be losing some of your motor force to overcoming the pivot joint though.
Although the above doesn't directly answer your question of whether the motor you have found will do what you want, it does provide some information to figure it out.
Remember that no one, on any forum, knows what your rig weighs, whether it is balanced around the pivot, and what the dimensions are so they can't answer the question directly for you, you will have to do some calculations or find someone to help with them if that isn't your thing.

What I can say is that using ALL CAPS on a furum is concidered the equivalent of shouting at someone, and most people won't help someone who shouts at them (especially if it is for free).

Hope some of the above is useful

TL:DR = Do some maths on the motor to see what it will lift and then some more maths (triganometry etc.) to see if it works in your rig <- it is your rig no one elses.

Wiper motors are not very strong and not suited for a compact design.
You should rather try a shoulder-mounted design, which means that the rod connected to the motor lever does not go to the seat base, but instead to the upper part of the backrest of your seat (approximately as high as your shoulders, which explains the term "shoulder-mount").

Besides, you should mount the motors in a way that they can use as much force as possible for moving the seat.
Have a look at the following picture:
    Forces.png

The motor applies its force in the direction of the yellow arrow, but only the green part of the force can move the seat, while the red part is wasted.
