    My Motion Simulator:
2DOF, DC motor, Arduino, Motion platform
    Hi everyone
The first thing is to thank the xsimulator team for the great work. this is my Progress of this 2dof I accept suggestions and ideas I am starting with electronics, I have used an Arduino R3 one, two ibt2, two 10k potentiometers, two 24v truck engines and a 12V 15Ah power supply that is currently provisional For tests
The engines are truck the first thing I did is isolate the mass of the chassis and detect the high-speed cable
    IMG_E2785.JPG IMG_2786.JPG

Already prepared the engines, I made a drill on the opposite side of the axes and passed a threaded male to place a bolt to rotate the potentiometers, take out a screw from the chassis and fix a plate to hold the potentiometers, this fixation is provisional I want to improve

    IMG_2985.JPG IMG_2984.JPG IMG_2981.JPG IMG_3098.JPG
to fix the plates on the motor shafts I will use a threaded bolt and a stud, the articulables take them out of a gearbox, they have a thread pitch of 10 mm

    JIJD7806.JPG HFRY6860.JPG EXMR1547.JPG

then I put the electronics up the program on the arduino MODE2 connect the ibt2 and mount everything provisional on a table to be able to do the tests
the engines work perfectly with the SMC3Utils v1.01 program
I need to have the simtool license to try in a racing game

    IMG_3094.JPG

I am using a 12V 15Ah power supply that seems to work well and another 5v 3500mha power supply

    IMG_3087.JPG IMG_3089.JPG IMG_3091.JPG IMG_3092.JPG

I have not finished the structure yet I am using iron slats and for the central axis I will use this piece IMG_3084.JPG STFQ8845.JPG

You will find the FAQs useful for common questions: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/

But the LFS plugin in the demo version of SimTools is fully functional, specifically for testing purposes, just make sure you run it before patching, as that generates some required files: https://www.xsimulator.net/communit...run-in-first-person-mode-before-patching.345/

Yes there is an eligibility criteria for a free DIY SimTools license, and part of that is being a member for at least a month, that and other criteria, plus other useful information, is here: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/request-a-free-diy-simtools-2-0-license.262/

Consoles are only supported where the UDP plugin has been created for them, here is the background information: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/consoles.27/category
