    Can I please clarify what you see as the purpose of a single language based post or section @RacingMat? My understanding was that it only to be social, but you seem to now be suggesting it may contain "sharing of about simulator tips and project progress".

    I think there being one or multiple threads in the social thread section @RaceRay created for language based social interactions would be up to the members to decide.

    However, I envisaged that all other threads and associated discussions remain in their proper sections, irrespective of language. For practical purposes members should be encouraged to include an English translation via Google Translate if posting in a different language in all threads other than the language specific section.

    @eaorobbie I also have the fear that it divorce the community but on the other hand this could lead to less foreign written languages in the main forums which is good imho. Let it run as a test and when it is useful we keep it, otherwise we are free to change it later.
