I think you will have to explain further or provide and example or video of what you mean, as it is not really clear.

Unfortunately I expect you just need faster moving actuators. Look for ones over 250mm/sec

The spec says 25mm/s That looks about the speed they are running. If you want faster I suspect you need faster actuators or move them closer to the pivot point - although that will load them more.

what you mean by move them closer to the pivot point? can you explain? i have no idea ...i just think about to change actuator?? or can solve other problem?

Well let's say the actuator is connected 1000mm from the pivot and moves 25mm per second then the rig rotates approx by atan(25/1000) every second =~ 1.4deg/sec

If the actuator is connected 500mm from the pivot the angular rotation will be approx atan(25/500) every second =~ 2.8deg/sec

So the distance you move the actuator from the pivot will be proportional (approx) to the change you get in angular rotation.

But moving it closer will also increase the load on the actuator so it may struggle to actually move the rig.

By pivot I mean the point at which the actuator is making it rotate around.

They are so slow that I think changing the pivot point will not really help. Recommend you look for new actuators.
