what should be an appropriate weight of a seat? less than 20 kg?

    The lighter a seat then the less power that is needed to drive it, but your question is independent of a design criteria.

    I bought two: a cheap generic reclining seat from eBay, and a nicer NRG fiberglass bucket seat. The recliner is 38lbs, and the fiberglass is probably 20lbs with the sliders included.

    I have the recliner setup on my H3, still waiting on the NRG to even ship :(. Then I'll compare them.
