    In OBS game capture is the most efficient and monitor capture is the least and should be avoided if possible.

    Screen capture is in the middle and should be used if game capture has issues, which it sometimes has with some games and on some devices like laptops (black screen).

    So use game capture whenever you can and use screen capture if there is a problem with game capture.
