    But I used a software called SMC3 where I set the kp and the PWMmax for example to test only. Then don't use it anymore.

    Correct, once an Arduino is properly setup with SMC3 you don't need to run the configuration utility, but @Pit is giving advice on SMC settings he used, as that affects hardware responses.
