Hello Team: Finally assembling the electronics for my SFX-100. Actuators are complete and I can move them with the Servo Driver and with SimTools. The problem is that I cannot get the actuator/Thanos controller to automatically calibrate when powering on the servo or when connecting the 25 pin connector, as Thanos shows in his videos. The Thanos board seems to choose whatever position the actuator is in when it powers on or connects.

I've set the parameters in the AASD-15A servo motor controller, based off the PT Actuator settings. And, I have also updated to the latest 2.11 Firmware in the AMC-AASD Servo Motion Controller. The LCD never shows the "C" to calibrate, it just seems to pick up whatever position the ball screw is in at the moment it comes online and uses that as the home position.

What could I be doing wrong?

Did you enter all parameters from the manual? Including the extra ones in red color?

Also make sure the db25 cables are straight male-male with ALL 25 wires on all 25 pins wired 1:1 (not crossed modem etc). Like this:
