Question telemetry problem

    My Motion Simulator:
    DC motor, Arduino, Motion platform, 4DOF
    I state that so far I have used x-sim, but since it is not very updated I wanted to try simtools, I did all the configuration steps and the axes move, the problem comes out when I try to play with need live speed it does not take me telemetry,
    the configuration I use is arduino with motomoster shield thanks to everyone who can help me.
