    Moin,
    Hab beide VNH2SP30 gestern auf meinem RN Board verlötet, sogar mit nem Lötkolben und normaler Spitze. Ich geb zu, hatte es etwas gedauert, bis ich den Dreh raushatte, aber hat dann super funktioniert, und jeder IC hat mich etwa 7 min gekostet.

    Die beiden Cs4122 hast Du ja auch sauber verlötet bekommen, wenn ich mir deine Bilder ansehe. Wunderschönes kompaktes Design :)

    Das OSMC Projekt ist ja mal interessant, der Scorpion small z.B. bietet 2 Kanäle a 12,5A bis 28V für 120$. Ich such mal auf deren Yahoo Projektseite Layouts für diesen Treiber.

    Doch Zurück zum Topic: Mos, wenn Du tatsächlich welche übrig hast, nehm ich gerne 2 Cs4122 und eine Platine von Dir.

    ja kein Problem. Selbst wenn ich keine Cs4122 mehr habe neue sind schon geordert. Und Platinen hab ich genug über.

    Und wie hast du die Heat slugs(die Pads auf der Unterseite) gelötet? Ich schätze mal garnicht? Die heißen im Datenblatt zwar Heat Slugs aber sind auch gleichzeitg Pins um hohe Stöme bewältigen zu können.

    Der OSMC kostet in der vorgestellten Version ca.70€ im Selbstbau, dabei machen die 16 Stück IRF1405 Mosfets ein großteil des Preises aus. Was ich mir vorstelle ist eine PCB für 4 oder 8 Mosfets. Dann wird das nochmal deutlich billiger.

    Ich denke der Versand + Zoll schlagen auch noch mal zu Buche.

    Wie gesagt, eine klasse Option, wenn mal etwas mehr Power benötigt wird.

    Das klingt toll Mos :)

    Magst Du mal von Deiner kompletten Verdrahtung der Instrumente ein Foto machen?

    Was die Heat Slugs angehst, hast Du mich soeben auf ganz kalten Fusse erwischt, ich muss zugeben, die habe ich nicht verlötet. Ohne SMD Backofen wird das wohl auch nichts. Da, Robotikhardware (nachfolgend RH genannt) angibt, dass der Treiber keine höheren Spannungen als 16V durchlässt, vermute ich mal, dass auch bei dem fertig aufgebauten Board die Pins nicht verlötet sind. Zur Sicherheit habe ich bei RH diesbzgl. angefragt.

    Ging mir mehr um´s SMD Löten, da hat mir bisher die Erfahrung gefehlt ;-)

    Also ein Set ist noch über. 15€ für 2Cs4122 + Platine. 19€ Fertig gelötet.

    ähm, ich sagte 70€ im Selbstbau. Ich gehe mal nicht davon aus das du die Teile unbedingt im Ausland bestellen willst ;)

    P.S. der VNH kann nur 16V weil ... siehe Datenblatt Overvoltage shut-down ist 16-22 V. 40V = 'Absolute Maximum Rating' das heißt er geht bis 40V nicht kaputt (Spannungsspitzen, Kfz Anwendung).
