One week ago I bought 4 rod ends like the photo . Initially each one was moving softly , now after one week of work in my simulator, the eye is hardener to move. I know that those need oil to the maintenance, but only have 1 week.

That sounds like they may have been subject to forces that slightly distorts the outer housing. What size and brand are the rod ends?
