    i just buy pro version and have some question about License Key

    if i'm format my PC. will i lose my license ?

    because sometime if i have problem with my PC i will format and reinstall my windows

    can i deactivate my license and activate again ?

    now i use simtools 1.3 and going to activate my new key for simtools 2.1 ,and my pc have some problem with my windows port (win 10 problem :() but i have my work has to finish in next month and i want to try simtools 2.1 version.

    You can reactivate SimTools 2 with the Registration app once you reinstall Windows, just keep the registration number safe.

    If you ever need to you can also look up your SimTools license number, just log into SimTools.us: https://simtools.us/your-account/
    Use the email you purchased the Licenses with, and if you don't have a password, click reset password.

    Just to be clear you can't run Simtools 1.3 and 2.1 on the same computer. Before you remove 1.3 you can backup this folder by making a zipped copy in case you ever want to use 1.3 again - C:\Users\(Your User Folder)\AppData\Local\SimTools

    I think what @noorbeast was pointing out, is that you use one License per Sim setup.
    (In other words, you don't use the same license you already used.)

    But if a company buys a Pro license for their customer, then yes, the customer uses the companies email for registering.
    (This way the company can pull up all of their purchased license on SimTools.us at any time.) :thumbs

    I can notactivate my license, I have reached the limit number, yet I have a pros license?
    I had to reinstall several times my pc following viruses.
    What can I do??
