when I turn on power, it keeps on and off every 10 seconds.
and my arduino not consistent detected on SMC3, sometimes works and doesn't.
for the simtools, the output testing doesn't works.
anyone know how to fix this?
    Thanks in advance

    notes:
I connect the arduino direct to my motherboard usb3.0 or usb2.0 is got the same problem.
I have double check the port on smc3 and simtools, its the correct port.
I've uninstall and reinstall the program, but still the same.

I can't really tell in the video as it's so small, but is SMC3 and SimTools running at the same time?
As they will conflict with each other is all.
