    Uff...this are very high answer time and a lot of hops.
    Think we can bypass and increase this with connecting a CDN between our forum and all media hosted here.
    I will think about this!

    @value1 you are testing from your company's workplace right? Some firewall rules could explain the first very high latency of 7000ms.
    Are you accessing xsimulator.net from mobile over wifi or connected to w-lan?

    I got 10 mbit download and 1 mbit upload.

    I don't have loading problems on my PC, using Firefox and Adblocker, pretty much fast.
    But on the mobile phone is very slow on the same home connection, especially with the ads, I think they slow down things on the phone very much, most of the times I'm waiting for them to load. Not an Ad complaint, just observation :)

    That's through the firewall of the company. At home access is ok - except via the mobile phone (S3, wifi and air [whatever terminology they have nowadays for that, like UMTS, G3, ? o_O])

    This is weird. On my mobile phone (sony xperia z1 / android) its fast as hell, faster than on my desktop system.

    Which smartphone and mobile browser are you guys using?
    This forum uses a lot of javascript, maybe this is slowing things down on some smartphones?

    Are you using 'private/privacy mode' of your mobile browser? That would explain it as no files are cached when you are using this mode.
