    Just an incredible work!!!!!
I am very glad that you are able to realize your idea, and show everyone that there are other ways to install actuators.
In order to make a full motion simulator.
In my opinion, your design deserves the highest ratings.
    Congratulations!

Great work Jolili. It's nice to some some new creative uses of the SimXperience Starter Kit.

    Excellent work!

Great use of a different mechanical approach. I'm sure a lot of future builders will use your design for reference!

    Très propre! Bravo!

In your original design, you showed a pivot point with a bolt. That would work well. The actual design is using a rubber mount? How soft is the rubber mount? If it is not soft enough, it will cause radial load which will result in bushing wear and a premature actuator death.

Please review the diagram below. If the rubber is not extremely soft, then I think the rotation of your arm will create radial load forces where the arrows are in the picture.

    Impressionant !

ça va être long .....

    bvillersjr,
In attachment, picture and sketch to explain my system. Is it enouth ?

The SCN's support rise up to one centimetre (* on sketch). In your opinion, is this a problem ? (without the weldings)
Please, see the modifications HARD that y want to realize. It's only mecanic :

what do you think of this systeme
    [IMG]

VU ! Déja proposé par Mr Riton39 (racingfr.com. MERCI)
Already created by Mister Riton39

I was suggesting that rubber is probably not the best choice for this bewcause it will not give freely enough. If it doesn't give freely, then forces will be applied to the actuator shaft causing the shaft to wear against the bushings.

It would be better to have a pivoting joint that allows the actuator to move freely in place of your rubber IMHO. You could also use some rubber for dampening, but the most important part is to ensure the actuator can easily move up and down.

Great job done mate. That kind of mechanism works on mine simulator as well. Soon i`ll show you what i am talking about. One suggestion thou.
Take a look at this L-shape swivel double arm. Try to make one of them longer and use it on scn5 (attached to). This way you`ll be able to get more lift power. Works better with scn5/200. When you have them both same force transmited is the same - by making one of them longer you can even double it. Safer for scn5 and more ability.
Think about it and let me know. I`ll be looking at your progress - looks like you going right way.
    Good job !!!

    Hi,
got them in (150mm SimXperience SCN5 Motion Starter Kit) appointed for Germany.
on the current-volt plug but is 125th
Now my question, I can operate the SimXperience SX 3000 also with 220 volt?
It is very important because, unfortunately, nothing gets in the stated.
I ask you to provide information to one
    many thanks
    lg.
