Simtools V2 licence key lost

    Hi
    Yesterday I purchased unlimited premium access along with Simtools V2. After the payment I did see a licence key for my purchase, I did not write the licence key down and the computer rebooted and now I can not register it. I have tried to login to Simtools and my account password is incorrect, I have tried to reset the password over a dozen times and it says an email to reset my password has been forwarded.

    I can not find the reset email anywhere including Inbox, Junk or Spam folder

    Any assistance would be helpful

    Thanks for reply
    I can not log into simtools as it says the password is incorrect, I click on reset password and they say the password reset has been emailed. It has not been emailed that I can see, I have checked inbox,spam and junk folders with no luck
    I tried to sign into simtools using another email address and it says that email address is not registered, so my email address I entered is working just not resetting password
