    My Motion Simulator:
    2DOF, DC motor, JRK
Had my simulator working previously fine.

Then I setup GPbikes to work, it worked great until I fell off the bike (on-screen)
GPbikes sent my seat out of range and the motor arm jammed.
By the time I cut the power, my JRK G2 had overloaded and failed.

So I replace the one JRK G2 controller with new wires (the rest work fine)
still using previous 180 deg Hall Pot and powerful motor / wormdrive as before.
Same PSU working fine, as before
I tried to put setting in JRK G2 as before (as best I can remember).

Using the JRK setup utility to test... the new JRK G2 / motor moves fine, up / down under load
all working fine - no errors reported, does not drop out.

However, within the useful SimTools Engine Test utility,
going slowly up / down in small jumps works, but big jumps or quick change,
then Simtools crashes and I only get option to "Close"

    Withing Windows Event log,
    I get:
Faulting application name: SimTools_GameEngine.exe, version: 0.2.4.0, time stamp: 0x5d118216
Faulting module name: KERNELBASE.dll, version: 6.1.7601.24384, time stamp: 0x5c6e2226
    Exception code: 0xe0434352
    And:
    Application: SimTools_GameEngine.exe
    Framework Version: v4.0.30319
Description: The process was terminated due to an unhandled exception.
    Exception Info: System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception
    at Pololu.WinusbHelper.WinUsbDevice.controlTransfer(WINUSB_SETUP_PACKET, Void*)
    at Pololu.WinusbHelper.WinUsbDevice.controlTransfer(WINUSB_SETUP_PACKET)
    at Pololu.Jrk.Jrk.setTarget(UInt16)
    Exception Info: System.Exception
    at Pololu.Jrk.Jrk.setTarget(UInt16)
    at JRK_Interface

Simtools utility runs other motor & JRK G2 fine, no problem.
No difference is settings between the two.

Any ideas, of where to look at next ?
