    My Motion Simulator:
    DC motor, Arduino, Motion platform
Here are some photos of my setup. I am keeping it as simple as possible so I can still use the space for my workshop and when I used the PC for work and programming.

Oculus Rift, T300RS FFB, TH8A Shifter, T3PA-Pro pedals, real handbrake with joystick mod, SimVibe with Maximus tactile transducers (seat/under wheel/under pedals), JBL subwoofer, Klipsch promedia 2.1.

I plan build some mild/discrete motion into the chair and add some other peripherals from the telemetry output.
