Hi just converted to xsim software from frex. Am using the frex simmotion 2 hardware to convert with 2 scn5. When in assetto while braking i move from left to right so obviously some settings are wrong. Can anyone please if possible attach a pic of axis settings as I'm finding it a little difficult to understand everything and a pic would be more helpful.
Aso pcars motion is very minimal compared to assetto?
    I appreciate any help.
    Thanks Ray

Checking the Dir box or not determines which way an axis moves. In your case one of the Dir boxes for surge needs to be unchecked or checked, depending on how you have it set up. It helps a lot if you post actual screenshots of all your settings.

Do a base setting for the Tuning Center for Pcars and read through the plugin discussion thread, as Pcars handles things like gravity differently from AC: http://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/set-base-tuning-motion-values-in-the-tuning-center.122/

The SimTools documentation is useful, as is the SimTools Settings Tips & Tweaks:
