SCN5 Bad

    Does anyone know where to get spare parts for SCN5 ?.
    One of my actuators, I think the 4-way thread has screwed up,
    in which he threads the endless screw.

    He gets pretty hard, and he goes really slow.
    To find the fault, change the other actuator, the base plate, and it remains the same, then change the stator winding, and the same.
    The thread of the endless screw is ok.
    The cylinder where the ball joint goes moves well.
    By discard it will have to be the 4-way thread.
    Anyone have any idea how to fix it? other than buying another
