Hi @prilad ... How are you big buddy ?
I'm setting the SimTools with your firmware on ATMEGA 8535/644 with the USB connection as com3 ...
I wonder what to write in the interface settings in the game engine ...
Unless I'm missing an older post for this question so help me guys ...
Maybe a preset .cfg file for your firmware may be needed here :thumbs

OK here is a .cfg file as @eaorobbie said for SimTools Interface ready presets ...
just extract it in the showed folder then start Simtools and select it ... OR ... use the Green settings as shown

    good settings.jpg

    SimCTRL Evolution FW_InterfaceConfig.zip
yes I mean Evolution that comes after the Revolution :thumbs
Google translation says " Evolution = the gradual development of something, especially from a simple to a more complex form ... Most do believe that evolution works by natural selection on changes in organisms due to random changes in their DNA" :grin

Please @prilad ... in @Historiker reply for @doctorxeno there was a different in the baud rate ...Is that right ? ... I've tested both baud values as below picture and the only working baud is 115200 bps .

    wrong boud rate.jpg

Another question please ... How to set initial/final actuator settings?
For parking the cockpit into a position where getting into it will be easier ...

Found it again :grin ... why these settings are not here ?

    startup_shutdown.jpg

Assuming that actuators are in the getting on/off the simulator cockpit and it is in my case the 255 point "third line" ... So I set the Game Engine start up with actuator's center 127 point so the game can take it from there ... And when finished playing and need to get off the cockpit it is set back to 255 point again .

It's like riding a Classic Citroen and you want to set a parking commands for it's suspensions :grin

This option will Only work if you set the dip SW2 in the controller board to ON position ... so The ATMEGA controller will remember last position when power is turned OFF ... otherwise it will center Axis every time you power the controller regardless what the Game Engine shutdown settings are .

NO @moaale ... You have to install this modified firmware v2.1 to the ATMEG8535 with 22MHz crystal ... then you can use the control program xSimCTRL2.2 to adjust the parameters of the AMC 1.5 and save them and run SimTools to configure the forces needed for each motor ...

If you still use the 9 pin serial ... just send the firmware v2.1.hex file to the ATMEGA8535 using the same pony program with the same fuses as you did before ...

if you want to use the FTDI UART USB module like this
I can send you the converted .bin F/W ...
