Hello all, we are writing the intellivibe handler for the Race 07 series and the throttle input by the driver of the vehicle is not in the data set in the shared memory area. We have looked at the External Signal Up command in the ISIInputType enum but can't get it to work. We even manually added an entry in the control profile file but the sim seems to refresh and delete the line we add in the file.

So the short version of the question is:

Does anyone know how to get the driver's current throttle input? It is a floating point number between 0 and 1.

This is the last missing data point that we need to have really good intellivibe.

Thanks to anyone who can help... Best regards!

Thanks for your reply. We are not using force sender. We are using our own software that gets the sim data directly. I think you are saying we should interpret the joystick axis from outside the sim, and we can do that. But we were hoping to get the user throttle (and for that matter, the user brake) directly from the sim itself along with the other data that we get.

If anyone has any other ideas, thanks in advance. Best regards!
