    My Motion Simulator:
    3DOF, DC motor, Arduino
Hi, at the beginning of building my 2DOF sim(thread here: https://www.xsimulator.net/communit...wiper-motor-from-mb-actros.15914/#post-228242) I've encountered a problem with too much PWM noise from my PC. At first it was not a problem as I was connecting arduino via my laptop (PC-Laptop - UDP port connection) but now I would like to simplify my setup but noise of the signal between straight PC and arduino is not acceptable:

I've cut wires as shown here: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/wiper-motor-mandatory-ground-isolation.25/ but I still have connection between -24V and enclosure of each motor. I don't really understand that and don't know if it's matters for PWM noise or not but I didn't have any problems during using the simulator.

    Things that I've checked:

    - I've powered up arduino with external 12V power supply. Did not change anything,

    - USB shield on my motherboard is connected to ground

    -I've tried various grounding methods:

-Unshielded USB B to A cable

-Grounding Shield of arduino USB B connector straight to ground(not VIA PC).

-My idea was also to power arduino from external source and connect only D+ and D- of USB cable to the PC but it not work as there is no handshake between PC and arduino if there is not Vcc and GND connection.

    My hardware is:
    - Motherboard: MAG Z390 TOMAHAWK (MS-7B18)
    - H-Bridges: BTS7960B
    - Arduino UNO

Now I run out of ideas of what causing the problem. With my laptop PWM noise i acceptable. Maybe you guys have some advise what to do.
