    Hi,
    i bought an 2 years premium acces to be able to download the plugins. It expires on 12 August 2019, but i can't download any plugins because i have -14 cradits on the balance.

    what's the issue? I checked your account and it still is able to download plugins. Please send me a screenshot which says you can not download any plugin.

    thank you for checking.
    I might have been confused by the "get acces to this plugin" button or it didn't work. I tried 3 times before opening the topic, and i wasn't able to download the plugins. But the "problem" if there was one is solved now. Thanks
